??'s about sust and winny cycle

i will be taking 250 mgs of sust a wk for 10 wks. and winny eod for the last 5 weeks. i am a little confused about when to start pct considering the sust is long ester and winny is not? should i start right after winny or wait till 3 weeks after last sust shot? also is nolvadex a good pct with winny? bc i have neard it could be bad for it? i might be wrong though. please help me fellas.

Taking winny EOD is a waste.....and only 250 of Sustanon a week. I would go back to the WAR room and plan a different approach to your cycle. And post up some stats....

23 years old 6'0" 186 pds. 17%bf taken one cycle of test ententhate. and also some EQ by itself a while after. work out 3x a week heavy heavy weight low reps. cardio 3-4 times a week. workout each muscle one time a week. no overtraining. i am a firm believer in not overtraining and getting rest. please help me.
