RXhealthDrugs error?

I posted in another thread but figured I should probably make a thread to make sure its seen. I ordered from them a few hours ago through alertpay.
I checked my wellsfargo account and my money was withdrawn but I recieved and email from sales @ rxhealthdrugs.com saying
"Dear Mr.******* *******, We are sorry to inform you that your order was declined. Please try again or contact our Support Center if the problem persists"
I was charged $77 according to alertpay, I had $75.05 charge on my wellsfargo account and had $1.95 in alertpay funds. but the full $77 dollars went through and my order was declined anyone got an answer to this?
I know their legit I ordered from them January of last year a $255 order no problem.
 
prob was a cross up and it wasnt declined if money is gone.. but i would deff find out for sure
 
anyone got an answer to this?

Likely just some human error and it will get resolved, but the EF AAS forum is not the place for sponsor tech support questions.
