It's gotta be placebo but today my energy levels are feeling very high .
My sarms search products should be here anyday now I just am using up old unique ostarine and I started on the helladrol and katana cause I couldn't wait I'm impatient. Working 12 hour days usually can have me feeling drained but I've been sipping on sizzurps all day ( just kidding ) and I feel awesome.. I actually drink this cyto greens veggies drink and also chocolate flavoured hemp protein/ omega 369 mixture throughout the day I feel this helps with digestion and energy . All I can think about is absolutely crushing my back and biceps today .. Interested in seeing te coming weeks of hella and katana stacked!

So...Rick, Rus, whoever...I have a question: why are you running the n2guard so long? Not that you shouldn't, it's a great supp, I just often see guys run it just with their AAS...Aka, in this instance, usually I'd see them only run it the 8 weeks you're on the PH's

Like, why run it in pct too? I could see needing it in pct of you're running something like nolva or to keep the system protected while the ph/steroid is still working through your system

I just figure it's like a multivitamin and wouldn't hurt to use it through pct for further liver support and cleansing . No real reason really

N2guard has so many health benefits that its actually good to run each day every day, whether on cycle or not. It also has a multi in it as well. Its not just cycle support, but all around health support. Its not economically feasible for a lot of people to use it year round, but its definitely a good idea with any AAS (especially tren)since your lipids and other health issues will be affected while on them.

8 min incline treadmill sprints .. 1 min sprint 1 min rest and a few dips of handrails

Overall I felt fucking great today, something is doing something lol and when doing cable flys I could see some sick vascularity happening and I can feel the notorious ostarine lubing my joints even after only 3 Days . my pressing movements felt hindered because my rear delts were so trashed from yesterday.
Diet was far cleaner today
4000 cals
Carbs were only around 200 -250 and fats were about 100ish
Rest Was protein ( I didn't log
My intake today I was real busy at work but I have a good general idea)
 
That euphoric feeling is the sarms, especially s4. My sense of well being on those things is incredible

Yeah mike wait til the s4 dear lord you will be superman. I'm burning like up to 2000 cals losing fat but still GAINING weight just from the sarm triple stack alone.

Agreed with all of the above...my rats LOVE the feeling SS S4 gives them. They are only on GW right now, giving their receptors a rest before hopping on S4...never done Osta, might give that a try soon :)

Nothing crazy last night I have been cribbing the last few days it's extremely physical. Getting right shredded and energy levels are very high
 
My libido is really crazy this last week and today especially . I am not sure what the cause is whether it be the unleashed , or the forma but whatever it is I like it, almost a nuisance !
 
And I'm feeling pumped up all day. I do remember osta havig this of effect on me last run but not so soon or profound. The hella must be adding something to the fire even though it's only been a week

wow you can see quite a difference, keep it up bro, i wish i was like everyone else here and could love s4 so much, but it messes with my eyes to much.I might give it another run at a lower dose and see if i can handle it, i read to many good things.

I have has s4 to the point where id wake up at night and be completely blind for a solid 15 seconds until the light adjusted. Scary feeling until you get used to it, nice thing is the sides subside within like 2 days of stopping
 
The libido is gonna be the unleashed + forma. Both increase sex drive and you are stacking them so just wait until you start S4 lol pitching tents all day!

if the S4 sides get too bad try going to a 5 days on, 2 days off schedule. Seems to work best for me
 
Yeah, like he said ^^ some have to do the 5/2 protocol with S4

My rats never get sides from the SS S4 I give them, if they do it's only at higher doses and toward the end of a run.

Then smashed shouldersfor a solid 45 minutes

Workout 3
Got suckered into playing soccer on my wife's team as they were short players so we played an under 18 girls rep team. I am just wiped right out completely wow. We won though :P

Yesterday's events really crushed me lol I am finally recovering, those 16 year old girls played me out my calves are sore , back hurts from getting juked and falling on my ass like a tool, and I haven't been able to stop eating today . I went to the gym and struggled through a shitty back bicep workout not worth mentioning. It was sad. Heading into Edmonton now for Easter weekend and craving an ice cold beer as this weather is looking nice!

Such a beautiful day out !

Ran stairs for almost 2 hours with the wife,
Man we killed it !!! Then ate a massive steak with goat cheese and pecans on top of it. !
 
I am adding raw slabs of muscle now! Almost 200 lbs :) and the fat is stripping off me even after an extra large pizza and cheat icecream last night

So I have had a few days of cheats for Easter and today was what we like to call" the last shove off" back on track tomorrow , I will say this, I woke up today after binge eating pizza and ice cream last night until I was ready to bust, and I weighed in at 199 in the am. I look like a granite statue at the moment I think the helladrol is kicking in full force. I am retaining almost no water , the ostarine has me feeling great in the joints and I'm carrying a pump all day long, this is the biggest and leanest I have ever looked. I even snuck in a fast push day workout which I felt very strong at( probably all the carbs from last night)

Normally when I hit 200 lbs I start looking softer, I look hard as fucking rock right now lol

. I ate way way to much

In a bad rut for eating I've been consuming 5000 calories a day for the last week almost

I have good energy throughout the day though regardless . Just feeling bloated but I told myself I'm going for 210 in this run no matter what. I can cut so easily it's growing over 200 that is hard.
