So I have had a few days of cheats for Easter and today was what we like to call" the last shove off" back on track tomorrow , I will say this, I woke up today after binge eating pizza and ice cream last night until I was ready to bust, and I weighed in at 199 in the am. I look like a granite statue at the moment I think the helladrol is kicking in full force. I am retaining almost no water , the ostarine has me feeling great in the joints and I'm carrying a pump all day long, this is the biggest and leanest I have ever looked. I even snuck in a fast push day workout which I felt very strong at( probably all the carbs from last night)

Normally when I hit 200 lbs I start looking softer, I look hard as fucking rock right now lol

Everything is going so well, ostarine has my joints feeling awesome and wicked muscle pumps

Helladrol and katana stack is also making me look huge and cut , I feel euphoric it's awesome and the energy is endless

I lifted intense but volume was low as my whole body is demanding rest from the long weekend. We really killed the cardio and gym this last week I am in need of rest so we called it short today. Had some pretty serious pumps going on in the gym too!
