A little help pleae.
I am 35 years old.
I am 5'9 175.
I have lifted for several years but just recently became somewhat addicted to running....I recently ran a half marathon and I am training for a Marathon in Jan. 2009.
I recently(last 6 months) did a cycle of winny and also did a cylce of Anavar. Both great results. But I did have some issues with fluid building up in the fronts of my shins and was not able to run for a while. ALso, I noticed my joints being dry..Especially my knees....Assuming from the winny.
Okay...So recently I was going to start another cycle of winny but as soon as I started the fluid came back in the front of my legs(shins) and I could not run. Or I would have to stop and then start, repeatedly.
MY goals...Are to stay trim but have some size.....I do not like the look of water retention.....Naturally I have "chubby" cheaks and I do not like that.
SO what I am asking.....................
WHat gear is good for someone who wants to put on a little size but stay ripped as possible. WHo runs around 20 to 25 miles a week.
Will the Anavar put water rentionon?
Will the Anavar dry out my joints? Making it hard to run.
If I decide to do Anavar...HOw much should I take and how long.???
I would rather not use pinz. Just in case someone recommends some other gear...
I know this is long and there is alot of questions....Please feel free to advise.
