Running after glute shot?

I have read a few posts where people have stated they go for a walk etc. after a glute shot.

I have been running in the evening and I was wondering if I should not run because of the glute shot - will it increase the chances of absess or scar tissue (or any other problems)? I would think it would increase the blood flow and help out. Also, I do not plan on running directly after the shot - like 3-4 hours later.

it will help disperse the oils...i like to hit legs hard after my shot because it relieves all the pain that i normally occur the next day

I try not to do glute shots but when i do i allway's take a walk or run right afterword's

I started doing this halfway thru my first cycle and it made a big difference regarding the soreness.

Tell ya what i do right after i hit a glute.. i first shake the area and massage it... then i do a bunch of deep squats.. imagine the musclke consumes the oil and moves it around etc... since doing this, never had a single sore glute day.. i've even been hitting the same side glute every time.. i hate doing my left side lol

I just slammed 3cc's in the right glute, feels great lol

going to play ball now
