RS Transaderm Log!!

rutdipper

Thank You EliteFitness!
Hey guys, got a bottle of RS Transaderm and just started it today!....figured I'd log my experience with it.

Here's a little about myself and some stats.

I'm 25yrs old, 5,6" 165lbs, 14% bf. I'm a top level motocross racer, far from a body builder and would consider myself a well rounded athlete....my sport requires a lot of endurance and strength combo.

I unfortunetly have had some bad injuries over the last few yrs which have resulted in close to 10 surgeries in the last 5yrs....although its been about 8months since my last surgery I'm not 100% & am always working/rehabbing myself as close to 100% as I an get.

I was looking for a little boost latey to help get thru practice/training days and decided to try RS Transaderm from N2BM. I took my first dose today at 4 pumps on my upper shoulder back area. I will be running stand alone unless I feel the need to add anything in. I plan on running the cycle for 4-6 weeks depending on how i feel.

My goals are put on a little lean mass, cut a little bf% and improve recovery and motivation/ since of well being.

Like I said above today was my first day so not much to report today, I will do my second dose tomorrow morning after shower and will update on how I feel.

Anybody have any experience on other application areas that work well?....

Thanks for reading!

Thanks guys!....so today went well, still at 4 pumps...but will pump it to 5 tomorrow.

Today was my cardio day...I went for a nice 35mile cycle ride...felt good, noticed an increase in aggression & energy. I also did some simple body weight training exercises to finish off the day, it might be all in my head right now but It seems I'm already feeling an increase in strength?....we'll just have to see how the next few days go!

But So far, I have no negatives to say....just positives!

Great update! 5 pumps is the general recommended dose, and I actually prefer to run it a little higher than that even, so once you go to at least 5 I'm sure you will start really noticing Transaderms effects

Thanks!...& yea I bumped it to 5 pumps today, I'm deffinetly not against trying more...I was just starting slow.

What's the most pumps you guys have run?....also did you notice any improvement with the more you used?

Thanks for reading!....update coming soon

Transaderm was best around 7-10 pumps ED for me :)

Thank you guys!....been a hectic week, today is my on the bike training day.

But just for a update sneak peek....strength & endurance up huge!!...

Check back later tonight for a more detailed update.

Thanks for reading!

nope its not in your head. this stuff works fast. its actually a great product to use in a cycle as a test base as everyone loves to do. or you can use it stand alone

I deffinetly agree!...I can say with confidence now that im about a week in now, that's it's not in my head, results are way to profound to deny it!

Hey guys so I'm exactly 2 weeks in now of this rs Transaderm cycle.

I'm still dosing at 5 pumps as I have been pleased with the results and zero side affects!, I have been training hard these last two weeks and have noticed a big difference in my recovery time. Which is a huge help for me, from my pretty long list of injuries & surgeries my body takes longer to recover these days even though I'm still young. Ive been putting in 100 mile weeks on my bicycle for cardio and have slowly been seeing any increase in my endurance the the last two weeks, I have been on the training program for a few months now and kinda hit a plateau but since starting RS Transaderm I've noticed I'm starting to be able to make gains again!

Ive also added almost an inch of muscle to my quads in the last two weeks which I'm super pumped about!....& that's without touching any weights, im super passionate about my legs & I have my own training method as I have to work around some pretty bad knees, but it works for me! Lol

Strength gains are still steadily improving, I'm able to push right thru my strength workouts

I can deffinetly see an improvement in my body in the mirror...My bf also seems to be dropping some and I'm up 2lbs so I'm losing bf & adding muscle which is awesome!....

So far very pleased with how everything is going & still no negatives to report!

That is absolutely incredible man. Nice update! I'm glad Transaderm is doing so well for you. Keep it up!

Thanks Rick!

Also let me clarify on my statement above, when I say I've gained an inch on my quads with out touching weights....i don't mean I'm taking it easy on them. I have a very rigorous work out that I've developed for myself to work around my destroyed knees. Its alot of my own body weight and movements that work them to bone without the strain on heavy weights.

So far it's been working for me, I've been using this technique thru each of my surgeries and according to my physical therapist have each time built back up to above normal muscle mass lol

Any way! Thanks for reading.....more rs Transaderm updates soon

That's awesome man. At least you have found a way to still work your legs around your knee issues. A lot of people just use it as an excuse to not train them

Thanks guys!....I'll post an update today....I've been pretty worthless the last couple days, I pulled something in my back and have been dealing with some gnarly spasms. Not fun!

Hey guys sorry for the lack of update, my back was worse than I though, every time I'd start to feel better, I would try & do a light workout and it would flair back up again. So i've just been taking it easy and doing cardio on the bicycle & a lot of stretching. Doctor also gave me some sessions of acupuncture, I was pretty unsure about it at first but must say....that shit WORKS! Lol....or it's one hell of a placebo, either way I'll take it as I was pretty miserable there for a moment.

Anyway I plan on finally getting back on my full program this week.

I've continued at 5 pumps even though I wasn't working out & I must say I'm impressed with how it kept me feeling!, i did a couple light workouts over the weekend to see how I was feeling. & it was like I never missed a beat!....almost seems like that little bit of time off was good for me.

Rs Transaderm has me feeling so good that I'm planning on running it for hopefully another couple weeks.

Nice update bro. Glad to see you are getting back into the swing of things.

One of the great benefits of RS TRANSADERM often overlooked is the nice sense of well-being you get on it. It really does make you feel great while on it.

Thanks Rick, overall I'm kind of bummed how this log is going with my back issues, but I feel like I've got a good idea on how RS Transaderm works. & I've been nothing but impressed.

Hopefully I can get a good couple weeks in and show what this stuff is all about!

sorry to hear about the problems. must be fustrating..still following bro

Well just as a quick update, I was able to do my more normal training towards the end of this week & today, as well as get my practice laps in on the bike. Felt really good, my biggest noticed improvement is my leg strength, in my first post I mentioned how I'm recovery from an ACL, MCL reconstruction. So I've been constantly working on my leg strength and can with out a doubt say RS Transaderm has helped me in my recovery. Im still holding onto my 1" plus in muscle growth from when I started even with that time off!....my quads are at a steady 25" compared to the 23 almost 24" when I started after being released from physical therapy. So I'm pumped!....what do you guys think, 25" quads not bad for a 165lb short guy (5'6") like myself? Still gotta stay limber and flexible with my sport do I don't want to go to big, 25" seems comfortable
