Hey guys, I started my first day of my 10 week cycle on gear (500mg a week, test)
I was wondering what kind of routine I should do, I have heard many different things from my bro's
some day to do a 5 day workout, high entesity, 3 sets of 10 for example
day 1: chest tricep: incline db press, incline bar press, incline machine press, flat db press, flat bar press, flat machine press, db flys
tricep: pushdowns, skullcrushers, weighted dips, close grip bench, weighte bench dips
this really seems like a lot to do, even on gear and even with only 3 x 10 sets
I was thinking a mass building routine focusing on compound movements and not much else and sets more like 5x5 or 4x6.
I am not sure guys, I really want to maximize my gains on this cycle, so can you help me out with some good advice?
