routine while on gear

Hey guys, I started my first day of my 10 week cycle on gear (500mg a week, test)

I was wondering what kind of routine I should do, I have heard many different things from my bro's

some day to do a 5 day workout, high entesity, 3 sets of 10 for example

day 1: chest tricep: incline db press, incline bar press, incline machine press, flat db press, flat bar press, flat machine press, db flys

tricep: pushdowns, skullcrushers, weighted dips, close grip bench, weighte bench dips

this really seems like a lot to do, even on gear and even with only 3 x 10 sets

I was thinking a mass building routine focusing on compound movements and not much else and sets more like 5x5 or 4x6.

I am not sure guys, I really want to maximize my gains on this cycle, so can you help me out with some good advice?

Don't you think you should have worked all this out before
stabbing your self with that pin. You should at least know how to work out before you hit the sauce.

We will work out your training, but what's your diet like? doesn't seem like you have your goals in place...

Yes, I do, and guess what, I have a routine that I am going to do if no one gives me any better advice, but I figured I would try, anyway my gear routine if no better advice:

day1: chest/tricep all exercies 4x6

incline db press
flat db press
db flys

tricep pushdown
weighted dips
skullcrushers

day2: legs

squats
leg press
lunges
leg extensions
leg curls
calf raises
SLDL (maybe)

day3: shoulder/neck

db shoulder press
db lat raises
db front raises

hang cleans
db shrugs
straightbar shrugs

day 4: back, bicep

deadlift
chainsaws
seated cable rows
pullups (?)

straightbar curls
incline db curls
preacher curls

and of course abs and cardio mixed in there

p.s. no offense, but instead of giving a smart ass reply you could have tried to help

decided to edit a part out, was meant for my boss, sorry hard day at work :(

my diet is high calorie, 4000+ a day, most of them clean :)

300+ grams protein a day

I supplement a multivitamin, milk thistle, fish oil, and arginine

I take supplement some calories and protein by shakes (3 a day) and 1 muscle milk at night before bed mixed w/ peanut better (caesin protein)

I'm a male, 25 years old, 6'3", I weigh 176lbs., up from 135 training naturaly over time
