Alright well tomorrow i can't go to the gym and it's my back/bi day.

Should i do it today, my day off... or wait till friday and do it with shoulers?

I am still very sore from chest and tris from monday. :(
 
Well, what did you do yesterday? If you did legs, I'd say wait. If you did legs 2 days ago, wait still. Squats, then deads too soon can be vicious.

Otherwise, if you feel up to it, I'd say go for it.
 
Then it'd best you don't do back/bis today, skip tomorrow and wait until Friday.

Honestly, if your normal routine is Tuesday Legs, Wednesday Back/Bis, you really had better change something up. Don't do squats then deads. You need much more time to rest man.
