Routine help!

Hey, I'm looking for some advice on my workout routine. It consists of:

Day 1: Chest/Triceps
Day 2: Back/Bicep
Day 3: Should/Traps
Day 4: Legs/Abs
Day 5: Off
*Cardio everyday for 20-25 mins.
I'm 6 foot and weight 170lbs. I'm looking to get "bigger". I'm told that I have a well defined upper body but I would like to gain more muscle. Also, I'm looking to tighten up my stomach as it is my weak point, I think. Any recommendations for achieving this? Also, I could use some help on a good meal plan to follow

Tightening up your stomach and gaining muscle mass at the same time may be difficult. Your 4 day split is tried and true and I did that split for years. You need days between though so you dont over train.

Monday .......chest / tris
Tuesday.........off / abs
Wednesday.....back / bis
Thursday.......off / cardio
Friday.......shoulders / abs
Saturday..........legs
Sunday..........off / cardio

Mine is similar with no ab or cardio work.

Monday .........chest
Tuesday.........off
Wednesday.......Back / Tri's
Thurday...........off
Friday.........Shoulders / Bi's
Saturday..........Legs
Sunday........off

I dont try and stay on a very strict diet, I just make sure and get protein at key times.
I eat/drink atleast 40 grams protein first thing in the morning.
Eat a snack around 10 am (sometimes its high rotein sometimes its not)
eat a good lunch (full meal)
eat another snack around 4pm
eat a full dinner around 6:30
then I drink 40 grams of protein before bedtime.
I cant help with the tighting up your mid section but I have always been able to gain alittle size. I'm 5-11, 260lbs.
