Hey, I'm looking for some advice on my workout routine. It consists of:
Day 1: Chest/Triceps
Day 2: Back/Bicep
Day 3: Should/Traps
Day 4: Legs/Abs
Day 5: Off
*Cardio everyday for 20-25 mins.
I'm 6 foot and weight 170lbs. I'm looking to get "bigger". I'm told that I have a well defined upper body but I would like to gain more muscle. Also, I'm looking to tighten up my stomach as it is my weak point, I think. Any recommendations for achieving this? Also, I could use some help on a good meal plan to follow
