routine and diet question

here is my routine and diet.

Mon
chest,legs 3 sets of 10

Tues
ABS,pushups 3 sets of 10

Wed
ABS,back,shoulders 3 sets of 10

Thurs 3 sets of 10
Hockey

Friday
Arms,Triceps,Biceps 3 sets of 10

my diet:
Breakfast-2eggs and 1 egg white and protein drink on workout days.

Lunch- Subway chicken teriyaki foot long and chocolate milk and some jerky

Dinner- 8 oz new york steak with potato and rice and protein drink

my stats are 6 foot 205lbs all my sets are 3 sets of 10 can you give me advice on this routine and diet thank you
 
Be more specific with the routine, like what exercises do you do. And is there any reason you do 3 sets of 10 for everything? Also what are your goals ;) Supply us with this info and help will shortly follow.

flat bench with dumbells-180lbs

hamstring curls-180lbs

lat pulldowns-160lbs
seated row-160lbs
behind the neck with curl bar-125lbs
dumbell flys-120lbs
tricep etension-140lbs
one arm row-80lbs with dumbells

Friday
Curls with ez bar-125lbs
hammer curls-60lbs dumbells
tricep pulldowns-100lbs
tricep extensions with dumbell-60lbs
Alternating curls with dumbells-60lbs on each dumbell
Bicep curls on bench with dumbells-60lbs
