Rough workout nightmare

Last night was squat night. On my second work set with 340, as I was coming up I shit in my pants. It wasn't a huge dump, just a bit of a squirt, but I had to throw my underwear. Damn.

Later I started feeling dizzy and all of my blood rushed to my head. I had to sit down for a while. I thought for sure I was going to pass out. Could this be juice related? I'm on 500mg/sus and 200mg enanthate per week.

When I do legs on a cycle I feel really shitty. Dizzy as fuck and sick to my stomach, on time I even threw up. At least I never shit my pants though. LOL.
 
I've shit myself squatting/deadlifting before. I've never passed out before but I've been close a couple times. It just happens sometimes when you lift heavy. Check your blood pressure, and make sure your heart is healthy.
 
i took two T-Rex before a leg workout a couple of weeks ago and vomited in the corner of the gym on about my 8th or 9th set. lucky for me, it was Friday night so not many people were there, but i'm still famous now for it.

For the record, I took a dump before working out. Apparently there was still a little bit of a turd left in me.

The nearly passing out part scared me. It happened after my workout. I went in the basketball court to shoot some hoops. I wasn't playing a game, just walking around the court shooting. I wasn't doing anything strenuous at the time. I had to sit down for about 10 minutes to recover.

you guys can joke about his but it is serious stuff if you are squatting wrong. you should not feel pressure in your colon. your whole body should be tight and pushing with your muscles. loose form and holding breath are the worst things.
 
I know that it is serious but I can't help but laugh about the shitting your pants part :mommakin:. But there is nothing funny about almost passing out while playing some :basket: be careful and take care of your self!!
 
That's rough. Shitting your pants is not a comfortable feeling.

I've gotten dizzy after a hard Dead, it's not that uncommon. Just make sure you're taking deep breaths between reps.
 
I wouldn't be worried if the dizziness had occured during or immediately after a set. That happens to me all the time. It's the fact that it happened while not doing anything strenuous.

I get that after football games. I'm fine during the game, but about 20 minutes or so afterwards, my adrenaline shuts down and I literally feel like I'm going to die. So maybe it was something like that. I really don't know though. If it happens again I'd get it checked out.
 
Fast Twitch Fiber, do you consume carbs during your workout? If not you are surely missing out in respect to your dizziness.
 
i've felt the nausea. I shit my pants when i was drunk a couple years back too.

Wait until you're my age. It happens more often than not no matter what I do! Just shove a wad of TP in the crack before working-out, and you'll be fine.

I did not see to many serious answers to this part of the problem... Just so you'll know, it is NOT the blood rushing "to" you head. It is the blood rushing out of your head. Quads are a huge muscle and they can require a lot of blood to fill em up during a routine. Normally you're BP wull be a little low when this happens and it can not supply your head are quads at the same time. Passing out is your bodies safety mechanism. If you would have continued your work out and taking blood away from the brain, then you would have passed out and your heart would have been able to keep up and give you brain the bood and 02.

As far as Naseua goes...try combining low BP and have a small amount of food on your stomach while doing an intense leg routine...You'll pike for sure!
 
I broke capillaries in my eyes once squatting 550 - thankfully have never shit myself.

When I started squatting at 16 I ripped like 3 pairs of boxers in one semester...did it again when I was 19. Hehe.
 
That is the craziest and nastiest workout story I've ever heard. You may just be holding your breath sub-consciously.
