OK,I need some advice here,I've been dealing with a sore RC for about 3 years now, some days it's not noticeable but other times it's unbearable, outside of taking the next year off, what are ways of alleviating this problem?Anything besides a strong pain killer.I just started a dbol cycle and the pain was incredible today, and I so wanted to lift heavy,it didn't happen,I'm going to take a couple a days off and take some ibuprofen and see if it helps. Thanks for any advice .

MAN! I'm not really a fan of asian girsl per say, but if I had a girl like the one in your avatar I'd be a VERY happy man. :p

AS for your shoulder, have you tried rotator cuff exercises? Internal and external rotation of the shoulder joint? You can find descriptions and pictures of the exercises on the net if you just type in "rotator cuff exercises" in some sort of search engine. I found doing the exercises several times a day standing without weight until I got a slight burn in the shoulder to help tremendously after a few weeks rather than just before or after workouts with light weights. Generally I'd do like 10-15 reps per shoulder of internal and external rotation and repeat every 3 hours or so. Works good I think.

You might also try chiropractic manipulation of the shoulder joint. Sometimes nerves get impinged if the shoulder joint is slightly tweaked outta whack which can cause pain, loss of motion, and weakness in the shoulder. Worth a thought if the rotator cuff exercsies don't help after a week or 2. I'd bet that if you got your shoudler manipulated and then did thsoe exercsies several times a day until you got a slight pump and burn in teh shoudler that it would go away after a week or 2, then just maintain with the exercises 3X a week a couple of times.

I've also found swimming to be great for rehabilitating the rotator cuff. Just doing some gentle to moderate breast, side and freestyle strokes can really help the shoulders feel better.

Hope this helps amigo.
