I have a lot of mean shit I could say about Ross, and I probably should. Its easy to sit here and talk shit behind a PC. But I gotta give it to Ross, the guy has been posting pics of his physique and showing his face since day one... You gotta give him respect for putting his face where his posts are... Thats one thing you can't say about many of his challengers.

I have to agree with you there bro. I have seen some recent pics on another site of a well know bro around here who gives out advice and dame he was out of shape. I think the saying practice what you preach goes hand in hand with giving out advice. Ross is jacked so he must be doing something right.
