Ronnie Coleman Cycle

Anybody know why he didn't enter the Olympia this year?? He said he would definetly do it in every interview for the 6 months leading up to the contest

i was wondering the same thing. he probably had other obligations or just didnt feel up to it. i always hear his lat is fucked up.

Yea me 2. They say his left lat and left tricep atrophied quite badly in 2006, must be someting to do with nerves im guessing. If I was to take a guess I'd say he took a bad site injection and hit a nerve badly, which caused his tricep and lat to not contract properly during excercise, hence the rest of his body grew or stayed the same, but the lat and tricep got little to no excercise. just my 2 cents... Anybody have any thoughts on it??

i think these kind of questions are sad,i perosnally dont care what thier on

Not only that, but it doesn't matter - aside from just pure curiosity. Genetics CANNOT be overstated, no matter how much they are discussed and attributed for the amazing evolution of bodybuilders over the past century. Also, I find it hard (read: impossible) to believe RC's AAS aren't prescription; which means he can easily take them on the road/travels.

As a side note, 4g test/week is just nonsensical and a shoddy attempt at hyperbole and exaggeration beyond all measure of reason. I tried 2g/week once because I have an unlimited supply, and it made me feel terrible and DID NOT increase my gains.

maybe some guys DO get bigger gains on outrageous cycles and dosages like 4g/week. it seems like a law of diminishing returns, that the body would not be able to absorb so much test. you could get sick or it would be broken down. sort of like ten aspirin is not gonna make a headache better than three aspirin.

i cant help but wondering what 4g does to your sex drive though. :p

genetics? uhh.. i guess. more so then genetics it's about food and steroids to look like that. nobody was born to be 300lbs of muscle.

Also how do you bring up genetics and then say that just because YOU couldn't handle 2g that therefore THEY cant handle it? maybe THEY can ...genetics are different. and you obviously have no idea what you're doing..you don't just up your dosage to 2g out of nowhere...you build up so you don't shock your system, which is what the pro's do. they maybe take a gram in their early twenty's..get used to that, then take 2 g's...that suddenly doesn't work like it used to when you're on a year round cycle then up and up. eventually after 15-20 years of building up and you now weigh 280+ in the offseason then you're body can handle 4g or more.
