i dont know if those are this years....i dont know if he would do a "posed work out" 7wks out..with his biggest challenge Jay taking the whole year off to train.
His biggest challenge is not falling down on-stage, he has no challenges.

Ronnie is incredible, but it's time for these guys to go away, and I think the time is now. What bodybuilding really needs is someone like a modern Steve Reeves (and no Dennis Newman, Bob Paris and that other yahoo with frog eyes Bob 'Chic' Chicerello were NOT Steve Reeves types. they were all glorified midgets). Imagine someone with those good looks, the movie star quality, except with about 50lbs more muscle than Reeves had. That would help make bodybuilding popular again. And until that happens these 'athletes' will all be getting paid next to nothing for risking their health year after year. Hmm.. maybe it's time for me to make that sacrifice and be the next big thing LOL

Seriously though, until Ronnie finally just dies on the stage, the Olympia will be his for as long as he wants it, nobody can touch him in sheer mass alone. It's amazing to see just pics of him, I can only imagine what he is like in person.

THey may have that in Phil Heath and Mark Dugdale.

Bro thats gay. so you're saying that we shouldnt award these guys for their muscle mass, definition, and hard work, but we should award them for being born pretty. so what about someone like ruhl, whos ugly as shit, but works very hard for what he has. in your idea, ruhl would not have a chance at even trying to compete, because he wasnt born with good looks. plus if bodybuilding became about looks, then bbrs would start getting plastic surgery. bro, no one can change this sport, its human nature, we always want to improve, like these guys are big but we want them bigger. these guys are fast we want them faster. these guys are strong we want them stronger. society has to move forward, take on new challanges and accomplish new things. it might not be healthy for these bbrs to take all they shit they are taking but it will not change.

He's a true freak.

Obviously Coleman is MORE than capable of a 225lb barbell curl and a 315lb clean and press, those numbers are not all that far fetched, and honestly are probably nowhere near what the guy is capable of doing. We live in an era where not all Bodybuilders are what they appear to be in terms of strength, but Ronnie is a throwback, freaky and strong. I don't think anybody doubts he can lift those #'s.....it is, however, common knowledge that often times in photo shoots, prop plates are used.....whether or not these are fake plates, who gives a fuck? the guy can curl 225 and c and p 315 on his worst day.

As far as Lund, lol....I am very impressed, Ronnie has on a tank top and a normal pair of shorts that fit......Lund is great for gaying guys up, lol, complete with daisy dukes, combat boots, and fanny packs.....paid photo shoot or not, I'd punch somebody in the face if they handed me a pair of daisy dukes and asked me to wear them....WELL, it depends on the paycheck, lol.....but I agree, I never could stand the classic Lund "SuperHomo" look.

You're right bro, im not arguing that in photoshoots they might not use prop plates. all im saying is, as you said, coleman can lift those weights on his worst day.
