Ronnie is in a class of his own. I was a little disappointed in his new vid (Dorians is still tops) but he's the man right now by far and away... Marcus Ruhl and Jay Cutler are making some huge strides however. For his age or any age for that matter Ronnie stands alone. At least if the other competitors are smart...

The double split in his biceps is absolutly amazing, but his stomach is what hurts him...get rid of the bloat he'd be beyond amazing

The thing I don't like about today's bb's is their legs are so damn huge! It looks completely unnatural. I don't think it was until Platz came along that big legs became important in competition. Other than that, I wouldn't mind having his 23" guns.

Guess I expect too much. These guys today are absolutely huge and I wouldn't even want to be that big but I have yet too see someone where I'd say,"Now that's what reaching the absolute mass potential of a human being looks like!" I know they are monsters but I've just never seen someone that I felt was completely maxed out...or what I feel max development should look like. But again I often expect far too much...

Here is one way inwhich a lot of guys like Ronnie have given BB a bad name.

Back in the days up to and including Arnold, you could probably tell your girl you are a BBer or point at the cover of a pro BBer and in both those cases she would like it. Arnold just looked aesthetically good.

But if you told a girl you wanted to look like Ronnie, or pointed a pic at one of the BB freaks on the cover of the mags today, she would freak.

I think Debaser touched on the issue. I think it is a mistake the way BB now puts so much emphasis on size and not on beauty.

Sure, I bet Ronnie gets the ladies, but just in general, women would much rather go to bed with the typical BBer of Arnolds era than the freaks out there today.

Yeah, you guys say he's a freak of nature so does that mean we all are? Yeah sure I've juiced up (lightly) a few years ago but some of the bb's of today are chemical freaks if anything. I totally respect what Ronnie has accomplished, and applaud him on the sheer amount of effort it must have taken to reach the level he's at, but I would never want to be that large. Arnold is a bit closer to what I would like to attain, but he is still a little too bulky for the sports that I play.

Yes, Ronnie is a humongous, disgusting, hideous, blob of mass that looks like Mr. Hankey on steroids (what a coincedence)....but thats his goal....i really dont think he looks in the mirror and says "wow i look so symetical and aesthetically pleasing today"...he looks in the mirror and says "wow im a huge ass grotesque looking mother fucker....i love it". I dont thinks hes into for the chicks guys. Despite the fact that hes got more illegal shit pumping through his veins than every heroin addict since 1970, you still have to give him props for getting that big and maintaining that mass...i mean he still has to eat and train like crazy, so its an accomplishment.

And Arnold was amazing looking, ill give him that, but there are dozens of guys that looked just as good, and look just as good today, they just dont end up with hollywood rolls so we dont know their names.
