I disagree. Mitt can't get his own party to vote for him. And i kind of like Mitt personally. He's sold too much of his soul out to be an effective president...at this point he just says things without meaning them. But old Mass. gov Romney i might have voted for.

In either case, a Ron Paul presidential run forces issues to the forefront that none of the other candidates are comfortable taking on. So even if Obama wins, Paul will have held him to the fire.

Obama would have some serious esplaining to do, kind of like what Paul does to Bernanke every time they're in a room together. Redsam is right on with this one. Pick already admitted he only likes Romney because he thinks he's good looking.
I had no idea Romney was 64, the guy does look young. He seems like a smart guy, but I don't trust him. Almost as much as I don't trust Newt, but not quite.
If Barry has to debate Ron, Ron will serve his ass. But maybe O'Bama can BS his way out of everything...

And what Paul "does to Bernake" is irrelevant as long as Barry's there to nominate him as the head of the fed.

extreme gridlock like we've been seeing but magnified by mega jealousies...every nomination of his would be vetted hard and blocked by dems and gop alike.
the dems would throw a major tantrum cause the messiah wasn't re-elected, and would roadblock all his moves and initiatives and would label him wacko/extremist/racist...the black cackus (teehee) would be forever vehemntly opposed to him for beating out The One, and would feed into the sterotype that all white old dudes, esp conservative ones, are racist...
The GOP would also majorly hate, being both angry that the est. pick was defeated, and cause he would reign in a lot of GOP spending projects like the drug war and defense spending...they would label him as weak and hurting security, and would work against him at every opportunity.

Ya, everything you are saying is correct.
But it will be the first time we have a president that isn't a figure head.
One who takes on the fucked up system and opens peoples eyes.
It would be a very historical moment in this country. Ron has already made more of a positive impact than O'Bama ever has...and that is just as a candidate.

if bachmann is in the mix i predict fail, and even though i'm not a fan of her, she as VP would still be better than The One as pres.

imo the best setup would be for rommney to win the white house, for the GOP to gain 3-5 seats in the senate and for dems to gain a handful of seats in the house.
it would curb reids "d.o.a" unworkable 'tude, centralize the house a bit, and put a man in office who has experience working with the other side of the asile, none of this "i won" or "get in the back of the bus" bs that helped ferment the current festering congresional attitude
 
If Ron can continue to change how people think, longterm we could get these Dicks out of congress etc. and real change could take place.

Just have to park the cash elsewhere.

Take what you need in income for living.

Use the real cash to do acquisitions and fund working capital.
