t3, I use rolling extensions as accessory work at least once a week. They don't take the place of a JM press which is more one of the "big two" moves. I
I very often do these on ME day after my Max work... Usually I will do 6 Sets of 8 or 4 Sets of 10. Then on DE day I do my heavy JM Presses, 5 Board Presses, or Rack Lockouts for Tri work.. I do these following a 5x5 after speed bench..
