Have a buddy who has started on his 2nd cylce. Although he just stared his 2nd cylce we watched him drink alcohol in moderate quantities and snort coke. Turns out he's been doing this as of recently, after 1st cycle and before 2nd cycle. I need as much reply as possible to this so that when we let him read this he gets a honest and candid response to this matter. Thanks in advance!
 
I'm gonna get jumped all over for this, but with the exception of not having a whole lot of energy of incentive to hit the gym, it really doesnt sound like he is off the deep end.

I dont know how old he is, but it sounds like he has a bit of the "young buck" syndrome. Just going out and livin' a little bit. Granted he is wasting his money on the coke, and in turn the juice because he isnt using it to its full potential.

Keep an eye on him, let him know your concerned, and he should straighten up.
 
You're friend is a fool. He's wasting his time and pissing his money away by drinking alcohol during a cycle. And rest is crucial to growth and recovery so he must be up all night from snorting coke.

Quality sleep and diet are key. Coke and alcohol are not compatable with a true bodybuilding lifestyle.
 
Cocain and alcohol are not a good combination. The liver takes the the and produces cocaethylene. This causes a better high, but is far more toxic than either drug alone. The leathal dose of cocaethylene is some 33% lower than that of cocaine alone.

Sounds like a great combination for success...AS, coke, alcohol...get ready for a growth explosion. :rolleyes: If he wants to indulge in these type of activites they are obviously much better suited for a time when he is not using gear (or preferably never use them in the first place).
 
Blood pressure will be an issue along with the heavy use of AAS and cocaine can also lead to mood swings and other similar sides. I could wirte pages of the reasons not too but common sense must prevail as the disadvantages are obvious.

Your friend needs to decide what his goals are Bro and how much he is willing to risk his health.

Tell him that he is throwing his gains down the drain. If he is serious about training then he should know better. I used to love coke, now looking back I really dont see what was so good about it. He is fortunate to have a friend like you that cares.

Health wise, I would say that he needs to be worried about having a stroke, or a heart attack.
 
Fuck gains that muthafucker is going to die!!! You better tell him to layt off that shit, those are some serious combination drugs he is using.
 
Moderation in all things!

I have to answer this one, empathatically also. If you look up my posts, I started questioning the use of coke to cut up. I was, in fact just looking for a reason to justify my habbit. Eventually, all good things come to an end. Luckily for me my good thing was my life, I got caught up in that shit and wasa almost 6 feet under.
Take my word for this, coke sucks, everything it does to you sucks, DON"T fuck with it. It will get the best of you, i assure you. My life has not been the same since I quit using. Also alcohol in moderation can actually reduce the risk of heart disease.

EVERYTHING IN MODERATION!!!!!!!
 
Ive been on a nice cycle of Test/Fina/EQ, I was also on Clen, I did some coke and felt like my heart was going to pop out of my chest.

Coke in very small doses can increase athletic performance, but I seriously doubt your friend is snorting a tweener and hittin the gym. Like other said, he must be up all night from snorting that shit, cant be good for gains.

All in all, you gotta remember, coke is a stimulant, it'll raise your HR and BP, mix that with AAS and you have problems. Take it from me bro, some one with fist hand experiance, its nota cool idea.
 
Coke + AAS = one bad combo for your hear. Tell him not to be a fucking idiot if he wants to lead a long life. Way too much stress on the heart.
 
Nothing I can say as a doc that hasn't been said; addiction may or may not be in the cards for this man, but he's playing with fire. Addiction is characterized by denial, and everybody thinks "Yeah, him, but not me! I'm to smart/strong/savvy to get caught up in that".
All coke ever did for me was keep me up all night, empty my bank account, piss off my friends, and make my dick limp. Gee, what a great drug, where can I sign up for more!
Alcohol, for some, is just as bad; I worry about the "heart healthy" thing, as a lot of alcoholics will grab onto that as yet another bullshit excuse to keep drinking. For me, I just stay away from it all now.
 
thats how my neighbor died,he was on gear and took to much coke one night and had a heart attack,he was only 25.so my advice would be not to use it,its a bad combo
 
Tell him to drop the alcohol and snort a fat line before a chest day in the gym.............I garuntee he will lift 15-20lbs more than normal:evil:

But then again, I know a guy that did that exact same thing and died of a heartattack :nopity:

Sad thing is that this is all too common in the bodybuilding world. I have a few friends who even use coke to help them get ready for competition. :(

As for the alcohol, well, I can't say anything because I like to drink moderately once in a while also. Like I said though, moderation. With coke though their is no such thing as moderation IMO, but it is still all too common.
 
Not all too common in the bodybuilding world mike...all too common in the world itself....
 
I think the use of coke, amphetamines and other powerful stimulants/appetite suppresents are VERY prevelant in the world of BBing.

Arnold even talks about coke and amp use in BBing in his Encyclopedia of BBing. I also know several college FB players at my school who regularly use a lil coke to get aggressive before a game.
 
Yeah I tried coke once when I was 18 and stupid. Very short lasting effects not worth it! Good luck cleaning your friend up if he does all that together he definetely has a drug problem.

I think you will find both advocates of this and opponents. It doesnt matter cause he will believe what he wants and find people to support him anyways. I have never seen in fitness mags or generally accepted health media that coke and alcohol are a good addition to a cycle. I think if you want to lose a lot of fat and minimalize muscle loss, you can try the tried and true crack and abombs cycle. It is catabolic to your wallet and current station in life though......

Crack/A-bomb Cutting cycle:

Weeks 1-5: 75mg Drol ED
Weeks 1-10: 1-2 rocks of crack every 10 minutes
Weeks 1-10: 3 trips to the ER / week
Weeks 1-10: Hold up and beat an old women to support your habit/cycle 2 x a week
Weeks 11-14: Clomid therapy

A friend of mine was on a cycle and then basically hit the lotto with a huge settle ment of almost a million $ and went out and started living in the fast lane. He used anadrol/test and drank and snorted coke. This lasted about 2 weeks before he had a heart attack. He calls me up crying the blues. I said hey man I hope you get better but I told you so. Now he get severe panick attacks and is going mental.

You don't have to read it in print to figure out that coke and alcohol are not complementary to a cycle.

If your friend doesn't understand this on his own and your words don't work either, then nothing here will.
