What are your opinions on a strict regimen of BJJ (4 days a week) and adding moderate amounts of gear, say EQ/winstrol without doing any weightlifting. Is the intense exercise from bjj enough muscle stimulation to make adding gear worthwhile? I feel like overall Im getting more body workout than any weightlifting I used to do.

I would agree with the EQ for red blood cell increase (thus more endurance), but I would drop the Winny and add a little test. Without deca, your joints may get to stiff.

I would still try to lift 2x a week. Do compound movements where you move through space... dips, standing presses, squats, pull-ups etc.

eq test deca primo anavar are your friends

avoid winny

Interesting question.....I was actually just about to post this question when I found this thread.

I'll admit, I'm totally clueless about gear period (6'1 and a buck-eighty, go figure) but was curious as to what types of cycles UFC/MMA/Pride type fighters are on.

I am not sure what they would be on... but in a perfect world a fighter would want to use these:

*Boldenone Undeclynate (EQ) great for RBC and lean gains collagen support for joints.
*Methenelone Enanthate (Primo) Lean, hard muscle with collagen support for joints.
*Nandrolone Decanoate (Deca), could cause bloating, so keep it light, but same as above.
* Oxandrolone (Anavar) Hard lean gains, zero bloating or aromatase and definitely a strength booster at 40mg and above per day.
* And of course Test. Although, I would keep this under 400mg a week due to possible bloating sides.

I really like Trenbolone Enanthate, but I have noticed that with tren my cardio seems to suffer.... even when I am leaner and harder. Many others have complained of the same thing, so for a fighter this may not be a good choice.

Looks like its going to be a test/eq stack. Solid, familiar, reliable.

if for no other reason than increased protein synthesis, although i find high tests give me too much of a pump and cause me too tire at times when grappling.

even though Deca is great for the joints it can be detected in your system for over 12 months after discontinuing use. If your sport does any testing - avoid deca.

Even EQ takes a while to kick in although it's awesome for vascularity.

Anavar, being an oral, would leave your system realtively quickly and the sides are minimal. It's good for strength and you don't need a ton of calories so you can lose BF% and stick to a weight class for competition.
