One of the really nice things about the current state of EliteFitness and the sponsors is that we all work together. I'll help by starting a thread on Dermacrine, Need2 will talk about my book or Dermacrine, Primordial Performance will talk about what he would use in a Custom Capsule, etc...

Omega is such a good friend of mine, I didn't even remember to mention him....he and I talk so much on the phone and via e-mail, sometimes I forget that he's Omega also (I call him by his real name on the phone...)...

Doing your research before you put shit into your body will keep you from having to look for answers @ 1:30am ...

Yes but since this forum attracts teenagers like fleas that will stick anything into their bodies because one of their friends told them it was a good idea I thought that EF might be a little more sympathetic about trying to at least help them from making such mistakes. Believe it or not a newbie was taking 600mcg of clen just yesterday. Its somewhere in one of my posts. That was real clen from AG guys
