rotator cuff injury

yo bros, my strength and size of my delts are going up very fast, i just screwed my left rotator cuff, started cuff exercises and started glucosimine and chondriton , it sucks cant do heavy bench press on incline or dips, any other advice on supps for joints , taking fish oil too, knees have similar problem, btw im on test/eq/tren e

you could add like 200 mg of deca just to help lube your joints. i'll do deca with tren but don't go above 600 total mgs between the two. so far i haven't had an issue with sides either but i do keep dost on hand in case.

i was thinking that too, but im deca and fina gyno prone, but im using dost, still worried though
 
Honestly once the areas heals you MUST do aggressive warming up from now on even if you hate it ( like I do) :)

the warm up should be:

~5-7 minutes of Bike or Treadmill to increase Core Body Temp
~2-3 minutes of general light stretching of the exact muscle groups you will hit that day
~First Movement Really Ease into it, find the perfect groove and always follow a Very Strict PYRAMID for 5 sets.
 
Cortisone injection will work wonders. I done my rotar (again) last year and its a slow rehab programme. Additionally I used a TENS machine x 4 pads every night for about an hour which was some assistance too. The inj was administered by my local GP and cost me fuck all...

Maybe consider physio depending on how much damage you've done..
 
You guessing it's a rotator cuff? Cortisone is risky, sure pain goes away but it's a catabolic steriod. You don't want to waste away muscle and tissue. If you were in the tri valley area of California my boy could fix you up with something similar too Active Release Technique. It i'll make you cry. Your pec and bicep may be getting too tight to. Get a deep tissue message by someone who knows there shit, or ART. Tears the facia and tissues up, releases the knots, allows room for your muscles to grow and become pain free or have less pain.
 
i feel you bro.. my right shoulder is torn to shit.. my tendons are gone! my shoulder comes out in my sleep.. hell it even came out putting my arm around a girl.. :(

i cant work my rear delts..

i try to occasionally on one machine but my form sucks...

just take it easy and try not to keep your arm open when you work out.. i mean as far as... when you flex and look at your biscep.. when your arm is open like that.. BE VERY CAREFUL.. Otherwise youll be like me where it yanks out of place all the times... Hurts like a flaming MOTHER FUCKER too.
 
I feel your pain bro, I have a partial tear on the right side of my back from getting too crazy with pull downs....its been a week it felt better the last few days and today its bothering me again...seek a specialist bro thats what im going to do and dont train if your still hurting I know it sucks though, especially cuz im mid cycle...good luck

I blew my rotator cuff out 2 yrs ago mid cycle of test, deca, eq and gh and tried to train through it. worst mistake of my life. took 14 months to repair the tear. best to stop and heal.
 
I am in the same boat.. was trainig 3x4 times a week very hard.. but then stopped due to stupidity, a month later woke up witha terrible pain down the side of mu shoulder and couldmtn raise it over my head or make any sort of throwing motion.. after continuing to suffer for 4-5 months i decided it wasntgoign to heal on its own.. Dr said only a slight tear and i hav ebeen rehabing for 3 weeks now.. i feel like a girl casuse the excersizes are so lame but you knwo what it works, so I'm stickin to it.. almost no pain now.. few more months and i should be abck in the gym
