What causes road rage. Some doctors are saying, Road rage is it a mental disorder and these people are not responsible for their actions. I think its an impulse control disorder. Many of us have an impulse to "flip off" or curse at a driver who annoys us. Some of us honk or flash our lights to express our annoyance. A few of us take out our shotguns and fire at other drivers. Here are just a few things other then roids, that might cause some serious road rage. Most of us get road rage, so what is it, that irritates you the most about other drivers. Here's my list, lets see yours.

People talking on their cell phones and not paying attention.
Tailgating to pressure a driver to go faster or get out of the way.
Flashing lights in order to signal persons to move to another lane.
Obscene gesturing.
Reading a newpaper while at a traffic light.
Changing lanes without signaling.
Blasting the horn.
Frequently changing lanes by weaving back and forth.
Racing to beat a yellow light that's about to turn red.
Traveling in the passing or left lane at a slower speed, making it impossible for others to pass.
Driving with the high beams on behind another vehicle or toward oncoming traffic.
Cutting people off.
Slowing down after passing someone.
Not making a right turn in the right-hand turn lane.
Not reacting quickly after the red light turns

Road rage? What's road rage? Is it when you come upon an asshole driving 45 in the fast lane and wont move over to let you by. After you have to pass in the slow lane he gives you the finger like you're the dick. Is it when after you get him to stop at the next light he wont get out of the car to defend himself and starts to cry like a little bitch? I'm not familiar with this condition.

I DEFINITELY have road rage. I hate when drivers: slow down after they pass you, go slowly in the fast lane, brake too often, and tailgate.

Some people can do it. Others can't. If you can talk and drive then fine, but otherwise its annoying.

That and turning without signaling gets me mad as all hell.

Doesn't bother me as much as the tools who go through the red light completely.

one guy did this to my mom and called her a whore,needless to say when we got to the next stop light i got out and grabbed him by the throat through the window,he almost shit himself

People who remain behind the stop line when attempting to make a left hand turn. Then, because they have not pulled far enough into the intersection, there is never enough time to make their turn. I have had to sit through two entire cycles of the light for these idiots.

Since I ride what really bothers me is when you are on the highway and some dickhead swerves into your spot to pass someone. I guess they think since you are a motorcycle and they are driving a SUV you will slow down and let them through. Even if you blow your horn they will look at you straight in the face and keep coming right at you.

Since I feel that the SUV was endagering my life I don't feel that its Road Rage if I follow the guy and kill him. Usually these guys are on the cell phone so what I normally do is back off and follow the guy until the road opens up. Then I drop down about two gears and stay next to the drivers window. I have aftermarket pipes so its louder than stock. If he slows down you do the same,if hespeeds up,keep up. Ofcourse I cool down after a few miles and sped off. Ofcourse if you have BBs or fishing weights and you are traveling at 65-75 mph they will bounce high enough the hit and roll down the hood and bounce off the windsheild. No real damage but makes enough noise.
