Ripped of by Netrition.com

I just got ripped off by Netrition.com, ordered some 1tgels and they sent my package fine, but no damn bottle inside, a frikkin box full of packing peanuts. I had ordered from them over a dozen times in the past with no problems, now I am getting the runaround from them when I tell them the damn box was empty and appeared to have the original seal on it. I finally told them just forget it, i'll take the damn loss but will never order from them again.
Great customer service, scums. Buyer be ware.
 
Thanks for the heads up. That sucks, man. I've had that happen before with a couple online supplement stores. Now I just stick to VitaGlo and Beyond a Century.
 
A one-time deal, they should replace it. I mean, if 100 people a month are pulling that shit, that's one thing.. but if a customer calls up and says the product didn't come, they should take your word for it the first time and replace the product. I still like dpsnutrition.com They've never messed up an order and have responsive customer service. I think Netrition.com's prices suck anyways. :)

I recently had a customer get mad at me because he didn't recieve his package. His item was sent priority mail (as all items are under 2lbs). I include tracking on EVERY shippment. The usps tracking number showed delivery. It seems, according to the customer, that he didn't get it. He wants a free 90 buck item because he didn't get what he paid for. I offered him, what I thought was a generous solution, yet I was still bitched out for it. It seems he is going to take me up on my offer now. Just realize that this situation can work both ways.
 
Listen, they basically told me f.u.
I suggested they check the weight of the order, then they would see the damn box was empty, so i get an email back saying they did that, said they packed an identical order and it weighed the same as what they sent out, thus confirming in their opinion they did not send an empty box. That is what really pissed me off, calling me a damn liar, i told them the box didn't appear to have been tampered with. Screw them , they did lose a repeat customer, I too had been buying from them for a long time. All it takes is one screw up then calling the customer a liar. f them.
