Bump.

Breezer, could you elaborate a little
on the "air lock injection technique"

MaxBiceps explained it well. It's taught in nursing schools and all nursing textbooks I've ever read. It's used for especially irritating medications where it's essential to get all the oil out of the needle before withdrawing the pin as some could be left under the skin or backtrack upon withdraw. This could lead to serious pain if the medication found its way into a subcutaneous pocket. You just draw up the juice as usual and then draw about 1/4cc of air into the syring and inject as usual. There's nothing dangerous about injecting air into the muscle. Aspirate to make sure you're not in a vein and you're fine. You don't loose any sauce this way.

Hell NO. That's wasting good juice. I always keep about 3/10ths of a cc of air IN the syringe to utilize the air lock injection technique. This prevents leakage, gets ALL the substance out of the needle, and minimizes injection site discomfort. When there's no air in the syringe you will always leave juice in the needle as there's no pressure to push it all out. That's about 1/10th of juice wasted. Then you go and push another 1/10th out before you inject and you're left with 1/5th less dose than was the plan.
For a 200mg/ml concentration that's 40mg lost(at least). I want every mg I can get....They all count.

I will never lube the needle again 1/10th whoa ,no wonder I'm not gaining as much:D

I'd push a lil' sauce out. Not like a Dr. on a damn horror film or anything, but just lube the needle and you're ready to go.

not only would you have to inject about 5ml air to die, youd have to inject it right into a vein. and you should never inject sauce into a vein. so either way u should be safe.
