Cardio and burn day today. Did 30 minutes elliptical for a 400 cal burn this morning. S4 had me sweating like a mofo. I will probably do another 30-45 minutes of incline treadmill walking this evening.
I had quite a bit of carbs yesterday, and even had a huge cheat meal last night with a triple bacon cheeseburger, breaded tenderloin, large fries, and vanilla shake....YUMMY!! I felt like I needed it and deserved it so what the hell. I figured i would have a lot of bloat and extra scale weight this morning, but to my surprise my weight was only 166, and I looked lean, full, dry, and vascular as hell!!
Tomorrow I'm still planning on the progress pics and new bodyfat measurement. Hopefully I should be around 6.5% or less now.
