RickRock's recomp ride with SARMSSEARCH S4 and Ostarine!!

Today's workout went fairly well despite having very little sleep last night. I got to bed late, had trouble falling asleep, then my 8 month old didn't want to sleep either...lol. Nothing a little N2KTS and N2amp can't cure! Strength was good, but not spectacular. I did get one PR on the Flye machine. Everything else was pretty much the same.

After eating very clean with my diet in check all weekend and a couple hours of cardio, I cleaned up real well and I can't believe how much I cut up in the first week of this stack. I checked bodyfat with calipers last night and I am somewhere between 8.1 and 8.3% bodyfat! I would guess that's a good half percent loss in the week. My weight was down a little, but not too much considering being depleted from glycogen and very little carbs all weekend. I was 169 as of this morning. That will probably go up some after today on a workout day which equals more Cal's and more carbs.

I increased dosage of both Ostarine and S4 today also. I am at 25mg Ostarine and around 70mg S4. Hopefully that means more gains in muscle AND fat loss!!

Muscle hardness and fullness has definitely increased with the higher dosages. So far I still have no side effects including no vision issues from the S4. I did some cardio this morning and I do have some ridiculous levels of sweating going on. Still leaning out pretty good at a decent rate

Morning cardio:
Elliptical 10 minutes HIIT (130 Cal burn)
treadmill 20 minutes jogging at 7mph (260 Cal burn)

I will be doing some incline treadmill walking this evening for my pm cardio for 30 minutes

I generally only eat two meals per day. I follow intermittent fasting protocols and eat from 12-8 pm each day with a 16 hour fast (only BCAAs)

Cardio days my diet is very clean and is generally low carb

Fast breaker

10-12 oz fish or chicken breast
Sweet potato or rice
Steamed veggies
5 oz Greek yogurt (plain)
2 scoops of whey
1 slice layne Norton's cheesecake (20g pro, 6g carbs, 2.5g fat)

Last meal

10-12 oz fish or chicken breast
Sweet potato or rice
Steamed veggies

Workout days are higher Cal's and carbs and it varies a lot on what I eat. Its very lenient on those days and hard to generalize. The only things that are consistent are

Greek yogurt
4 scoops of whey
1 slice of layne Norton's cheesecake
 
Workout went great today. I am continuing to improve appearance on leanness and maintaining the same size and weight. I got very depleted yesterday from almost no carbs and a lot of cardio. I expected my weight to even be down a couple lbs, but was still 169 but looking very lean and dry.

Not seeing any major changes in strength quite yet or anything and I don't know if I really will or not considering the overall defecit I've been in on Cal's, but I'm at least maintaining very well, and that is awesome in my eyes.
