hello, looking for some good vitamins I found this article about B2 playing a huge roll in energy production , I wonder if this can be taken before training to boost energy and how much to take? thank you.
 
energy issues are all too common these days

we stress too much, have poor diets, don't take care of our hearts and don't sleep enough.

if you really want to solve this issue follow those 4 things i listed, b2 or any vitamin isn't going to cure you like magic
