Ok guys, heres my stats:

Height: 6'2"
weight: 150lbs
Age: Younger than 20.
This is my first cycle

I know, my age is too young. I have already gone to the doctor and he says my growth plates have closed up, so no worries there. Please try not to flame me for my age. With that said...heres my cycle:

Dbol 25mg/ed weeks 1-3
Deca 300mg/wk weeks 1-8
Clomid therapy, weeks 11-13

I want a shorter cycle to avoid some sides and I ran the dbol for 3 weeks because I've heard that the deca takes 3 to start showing. I'm running clomid 300mg's the 1st day of the 3rd week after my last shot. Then for ten days run 100mg. Then 50mg for another ten days.

Any and all opinions would be of a great help and thanks again bro's!

I suggest doing a Test cycle instead of Deca for your newbie cycle.
If you do insist on Deca run it for 10 weeks.
Deca has a very slow acting ester.
 
If I was you I would not even bother with using Deca!!! Deca is like using dog piss!!! If I was you I would get some test and a little more d-bol and use nolvadex through your cycle.

In my opinion your body would be making so much test naturally at your age so why go and stop your bodies production to use something that is weaker!!!

lol distanced thanks for the reply atleast :-p. Well lets say I were to switch the Deca with Sust, and upped the Dbol to 30mg/ed, how well woudl that yield? Again, thanks for your opinions guys.
 
so your saying 750mg of sust right? If i didn't want to use Sust, and chose to avoid Deca, what should I go with? Because I'm now leaning away from Deca and I've never been too fond of Sustanon.
 
no it wouldn't, not at his age retard

why don't you just tell him to start a t a gram a week.

there's no reason he can't get great results off of 250/wk by its self
 
You dont need 750mg per week on your first cycle to grow.
Even 250mg with some Dbol would yield great results.
 
750mg of sust is WAY to much for your first cycle and a guy your size. 1 sust amp every 5 days for ten wks with 20mg d-bol for 4wks. I would rather use enanthate but sust will work just fine.
 
yea i was questioning the 750mg/wk dosage recomended there. I'm thinking of like 300/400mg.
 
250sust evey 5 days. Dbol 15-20mg for the first 4 weeks. 10 weeks on.

Dewd, reality check for a second. I'm not worried about your age, it's your size already. You are a beanstalk. It appears to me that your haven't figured out how to eat or train.

Post your diet and your training, thats far more important at this stage of your game.
 
spectre, actually, im not that bad for my age. I'm young enough, under 18. I am 6'2" tall, 150lbs, 6% BF. I benchpress 225, which isn't too bad for my weight and age. I eat about 2,500 calories a day and around 200g of protein. This is on an average, not trying to eat a shitload.

My training:
Moday: Squats, Cleans,
Tuesday: Flat Bench, Incline, Dumbell flat bench, Incline dumbell, Dumbell butterflys.
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: Tricep Pulldowns, One-arm tricep extensions, Tricep Press.
Friday: Curl-Bar Curls, Dumbell Curls, Upright Rows
Saturday: Off
Sunday: Back Rows, Back flys, Abdominals.

This is my usual training routine. Hope to hear you guys' comments and suggestions. Also, I've been training hard for abotu 2 years. Thanks.

Couldn't agree more Canuck!

Being that he's so young I wouldn't go that high either. Last year I ran 250mg/Sust weekly with amazing results. You don't need to go with high ass doses to show a great end product, trust us. I also wouldn't bother with the dbol. This is your first cycle and we really have no idea how long you've been training. Anyone could bench 225 in a matter of months, but it's not just the weight you're putting up. At such a young age you should be worried about your joints and tendons and how strong they are. Make sure they are prepared for the heavy ass weight you'll be putting up.

but u are gonna do what u want regardless......

sust 250mg /10 weeks
dbol 30mg/ first 4 weeks
can run 20mg Nolvadex EOD
clomid 100mg/ ED 2 weeks after last inject
clomid 50 mg EOD following 2 weeks

(his doses are low enough)

EAT,SLEEP, GROW,......................................or wait and take protein and eat right naturally, u will grow that way too bro
 
im not even sure why you even need a cycle to grow at your age/weight. If you cant get over 150 naturally, you're wasting your money because you'll quit working out in about 2 months...

and everyone saying this guy needs 750mg+ a week is retarded. First off he's under 20 (probably 17/18), he weighs 150lbs, and its his first cycle. I think 250 a week is enough, but you might as well go with 500/week for the best bang for the buck. My first cycle was just that, and it was fine, not too costly either. Unless you're really predisposed to gyno you wont need nolva, but its so cheap that you should get it just incase, and as usual, go with clomid

I absolutly agree with you Extract, and thanks to you and Johnny for the advice. Why wouldn't I want to run the Deca instead of Sust? I'm sure my test levels are pretty high at my age anyways. Also, if anyone has any suggestions on the workout routine that would be great. Thanks guys.

Sigweed, I appreciate your concern but I'm sure I wont stop working out in 2 months if I've done it for about 2 years. But Im still not sure if i should go with 500mg or 250mg of Sust. Any suugestions?
 
Alright, I PMed you Extract. Anyone else got any comments on the cycle? I can't decide if I should go with the Deca or the Sust. And if I choose the sust, which dosage?
 
hey wats goin on khemix. listen bro i would run a sus only cycle. i did it myself when i was 18 and had incredible strength and weight gains. theres no need for orals in my opinion in ur first cycle. like everyone says ur gonna do wat u want anyways but hopefully you'll take some of our advice. i would def change up that routine it just doesnt seem complete or even close to intense enough except for maybe chest day. hopefully extract hooked u up with a better one. i myself am goin to change up my routine this week because i just dont feel like im pushing myself hard enough with the current one. but anyways run the sus at 250/wk or every 5 days if u can afford it. id run it for 10 wks personally and u def need clomis therapy because u know why take the chance. do a little more reading though bro trust me it will be worth it in the long run. my first cycle couple cycles although i made gains were a complete waste because i had no idea wat i was doing. just eat eat eat eat eat eat eat and drink lots of water if you do a cycle and dont hesitate to ask any questions if you have any problems. good luck though bro
 
p.s. of ur 16 or 17 its just not necessary bro. hard work and a good diet will yield prolly better results in that you'll have a better chance of keeping ur gains. just be prepared to work a lot fuckin harder than u ever did when u come off the cycle just to maintain. it sucks to lose everything u worked so hard for anf spent so much money on. i did it once and it sucked but im back on track now and gaining fast. just so u know im 19 and i just switched up my diet and been training hard and gained 3 lbs. in the last week without even taking creatine.
 
Mainly you just need to learn to train and eat. In your case it sounds like more calories are the main factor, also strive for closer to 300 grams protein/day. Lastly I would think a simple short cycle approach (suggest dbol at 15mg/day for 2 weeks, 5mg in the am for 1 week, 2 weeks off, then repeat) would pack on some pounds over 2-3 months. At that point take a break and re-evaluate. You need to learn how your body reacts before jumping into any longer cycles where a more significant crash is likely, along with the need for anti-e's while on, etc. Just keep it simple. When you start injecting esters over many weeks the drug will build up in your system and if you run into issues there is no easy exit.
 
Thanks for all the helpful advice guys. Yea I'm upping my protein to 300 and my calories to 3500. Also, I have checked into the shorter 2 week cycles and have read a few threads on it but im not sure what cycle would work best for me. Any suggestions?

First Khemix, I totally respect you for getting out here and putting your balls on the line. You didn't hide behind an assumed identity or fake pretense.

1) I'm glad your at least counting your diet, but at 150lbs and 6%, you need to eat everything that gets in your way. This is THE most anabolic substance you can find. Leave the shakes for post workout and eat real food. Lot's of fats (EFA) from Olive, Peanut butter, fish and flax. Big Secret: Eat big and go to sleep on your workout days.

2) You need a routine. Get on the training board. Compound movement, the big three; Squats, deads and bench.

Are you too young? Let get the two most important things outta the way first and by the time you have diet and training squared away you will be old enough to start in my eyes. Good work so far, keep it young buck!
 
Thanks Spectre! It's nice to be commented well on every now and then. I'm assuming my bodyfat is 6%, but it may be a little higher. I know it is no less than that, but I didn't want to give too high of a bf percentage either. I'm talking to Pure Extract and he is sending me some rockin workouts that should help me alot. I also take creatine, forgot to mention that but i dont think it really matters. I've decided to start eating 4 or 5 meals a day at least and increase my protien intake to about 300g or so. Thanks again bros and any and all comments are welcome!

with your stats pretty much anything is gonna work good. deca alone will put weight on, deca dbol will put weight on, test will put weight on test dbol will put weight on. any decent cycle you do will work if you train and eat right. I think thats the least of your worries. Why not get yourself a couple bottles of qv enth and run 250 mg's every 4 days? maybe 20 mg dbol for the first 3-4 weeks. but even thats not neccessary. if you go with the enth only your cycle will be under 100 bucks and you will def grow. i think it was bigaragorn who ran around 400 mg's test a week for his first cycle and gained 20 pounds. and he started at well over 200.
 
ok guys, which one?

Deca, 300mg/wk for 8/10 wks
Dbol, 25mg/ed for 3/4 wks

OR

Sust, 300mg/wk for 8/10wks
Dbol 25mg/ed for 3/4 wks

Im leaning more toward an 8 weeker, but if you can change my mind do it!

Number 2 for sure. Back the dbol down a bit, 15-20..

Good news on the workout, I'm confident that Pure Extract will be on the money.
 
what kind of sust are u gonna use, aslo what kind of dbols...just curious
 
For the record you're too young. BUT, From the looks of your planned cycle you have done your homework and I know what it's like to be tall and skinny so 225lbs is respectable for your age. My first cycle was deca at 300mg/wk for 8 wks. I used clomid at the end and had ZERO side effects except for the 20-25lbs of muscle I gained. Eat and train right and with your planned cycle you will be pleased. If you haven't already got your gear I would spend the dbol money on a coulpel of amps of test incase you run into deca-dick. I didn't thankfully and you may not as well but better safe than sorry.
 
Damn guys, I think you've got me convinced with the Sust. Wiht sust I have no worries of deca-dick. Also ive chosen to down the dbol to 20mg/ed, for 3 weeks. The type of Sust will be Organon and the dbols will be Thai's. Thanks guys, andy recomendations? PS. Extract is giving me some great routines! Thanks bro!

ok guys, ive decided on the type of cycle im ognna take: If any of oyu have any suggestions please speak up! Here it is:

Organon Sustanon 300mg/wk, 1-8 weeks
Thai's Dianabol 20mg/ed, 1-3 weeks
Clomid Therapy, 11-13 weeks
