I notice this guy at the gym. His physique is quite respectable. I notice that every time he does any weight excercise after the negative motion he returns to complete rest position (ie. 0 tension) after each rep for about a second.
I haven't seen anyone else doing this, normally you return to the positive (push/pull) motion right away without stopping at a rest position.
Does anyone know what the purpose/idea behind this guy's technique is?
