For the last few months I have endured the living hell that is not being able to train and eat properly. But now, circumstances having changed, I am making my return to hardcore eating and training. Here is my question:
I would expect to make good initial gains, as a result of muscle memory better protein utilisation etc.. So as regards a cycle, would it be better to start during this period, or wait till a plateau is reached, ie. would a cycle enhance the afore mentioned effects or prolong them.
