Haven't pumped the iron seriously since I got married (12yrs ago)
and I'm getting back into working out and it's a whole new world out there. I have some dieting and supplementaion questions.
Just turned 36

225 lbs
Need to lose about 25-35lbs.
I want to be able to burn off the fat quickly while still building muscle.
I just started doing 30min cardio every morning and alternate training my muscle groups daily.
I am on a low carb diet but have troubles with carb cravings at night.
Need feedback on thermos and muscle fuel.
I've been reading about Thermorexin - like what I've read. Not sure if it's right for what I want to do.
