I would actually start it earlier. You want it in your system for a couple of months. It's not something that you're going to be cycling for a short amount of time; it used to be done for six to nine months minimum.

Retatrutide is not a hormone that's going to shut you down. It's a drug so you can use it as you would like.

yes 100%. go ahead and start it at 1-2mgs a week

The only reason some muscle is lost is due to it not being needed to carry around the fat

Reta is effective in a cutting cycle, but you need to dose right as follows:

Your Reta starting dose for your first month - 2mg/week
Early escalation: 2nd month - 4mg/week
Middle escalation: 3rd month - 6mg/week
Late escalation: 4th month - 9mg/week
Maintenance: 5th month plus - 12mg/ week.

Definitely you can start it. It needs to be ran for a long period of time. It's not something you cycle for eight or twelve weeks.

Do you not feel this is a blanket protocol, and not accurately suited for everyone?
12mg a week by the 5th month is crazy.

Sister, that's a good layout but I don't think anybody needs more than 6 mg.
