THIS A GREAT INHIBITOR OF AROMATSE AS WELL AS ANTAGONIST. so drink a little red wine every-once-in-a-while. i done a search on this just see the different ingredents besides (grapes). it slows down estrogen.

but the alcohol nullifies what E inhibitors there are, and actually pushes the balance over the other way, into more Estrogen. However, Resveratrol is good, and also found in quantity in a quality Grapeseed extract. Just take that.
