I'm just getting off a nasty head cold and need to get some damn exercise. Should i wait a good amount of time before exercising? when will i know i am ready to exercise again?
I am still coughing and hacking up crap, but don't have any pain/congestion.
As long as your breathing isnt impaired by hitting the cardio i would say go for it! YOu just dont want to be the guy who starts hacking and coughing up stuff while on the crosstrainer LOL
