Results of blood work

I ran a 10 week cycle of 500mg of Test Enanthate and 300mg of Deca and my last test shot was Jan. 07. I started PCT - post cycle therapy - about 2 weeks later and so far I have been maintaing my weight. Fast forward to two weeks ago (Feb. 14), 5 1/2 weeks after my last shot, I decided to get some blood work because I was waking up with headaches. I figured it was probably related to blood pressure. My BP was measured at 155/79. (Before cycle it was usually around 135-140/79) I got the results back from my doctor today and based on the results, she suggested that my blood was too thick. I wasn't surprise since I knew it was due to the cycle. More blood was taken today which is 13 days after the first one to see if the levels will come back to normal.
She suggested that if anything, I will have to donate some blood so my question is, have I done the blood work too soon, so will the levels go back to normal over time or should I just donate some blood like she suggested? I appreciate the help. thanks.

The Lab result (this were the parameters that she was mainly concerned about):

WBC: 4100/ul (4800 - 9600)
RBC: 6,540,000/ul (4,370,000 - 5,630,000)
HGB: 17.2g/dl (13.5 - 16.5)
HCT: 53.5% (41 - 49.9)

Yes, you definitely had bloodwork done too soon as far as having your levels all coming back down within normal range. But since you weren't feeling well, you made the right decision to get tested.

Everyone is different of course, but it can take up to 2-3 months after the end of a cycle before things like lipids, liver enzymes, CBC come back down. A rule of thumb is: you started your P C T 2 weeks after your last test shot, which is fine. Run P C T 4-6 weeks. If you're running either clo-mid or nol-va, remember they have long half-lives and stay in your system for a while...plus it takes a while for your body to "recover" from the anciliaries. Always give yourself a couple weeks after P C T before getting bloodwork. At that point, it will have been about 2 months or so after the cycle.

The average life span of red cells is about 4 months, so the rbc/hgb/hct numbers should continue to decline over that period.

curious that the white count is low - not sure if that is an effect of the cycle or not since test and Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - -Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - -Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - shouldnt really be immunosuppresive as say trenbolone would be.

For the red numbers, in the meantime you can either donate blood lilke she said (for me I think thats overkill but shes the doc not me), or take some blood thinning supps that you should be taking anyway if you're cycling:

-Fish oil - thins blood, helps stabilize lipids, reduces liklihood of cv events

-Policosanol - blood thinner and lipid improvements (raises HDL!, lowers ldl)

-Garlic - some lipid improvement, but more important acts as substitute hdl) and thins the blood

and stay hydrated

Surprisingly, my lipids were all in the normal range. I will continue to take the fish oils e.t.c. I guess I was worried because I was constantly waking up with headaches and numb hands/feet. Thanks for the responses.

Did you have any work done as a base line?

If not, then the WCC may be normal for you, it is not that abnormal.

Get checked again after you have had more time off.

Nothing in your CBC is that unusual, and to be expected after running a cycle.

You may be slightly immunocompromised, happens with over-training, not enough sleep, and I think I have read somewhere that steroids can have that effect.
