Results from my half assed 5x5 workout

It seemed to work pretty good for me. I couldn't go for my maxes due to lack or quality spotters at my gym but here's my 5 rep max.

Squat 325--385
Dead 315--375
bench 275--315
MP 225--245
rows 205--230

Also trained 3-5 times a week in MMA and some cadio.

BW stayed about the same at 255ish

really? it already looks impressive.
The rows look like the weak point, i rowed 225 just now but I'm nowhere near any of his pre-5x5 numbers.
 
It certainly is a good deadlift -- a number guys with a 385 squat and 315 bench are pulling 455+ though. It could depend on his body structure and where his leverage attachments are and whatnot.

I personally have very good leverage attachments for deadlifting -- short legs and long arms. When it comes to squatting though, having short legs and a really long torso doesn't help me much -- of course that is no excuse for me to pussy out from squatting.
 
Yes I know my DL isn't my reatest lift but I'm always worried to go to heavy on it due to an old lower back injury from deadlifting. Plus I don't think I got the greatest of form either.
