Perhaps you let your cardiovascular conditioning go while on? Did you take your heartrate first thing in the morning before even getting out of bed both times? And alot of additional weight gained from the cycle could be putting more stress on your heart to pump blood more efficiently...

48? 48!???

How can you juggle being a world class marathon runner and bb'ing?

Anyone else around here with 48bpm pulse? Makes mine jump from 60 to 90 just thinking about it...:D

i've maintained 45-52 for the last few years and since my cycle it has risen to 70+.

now, i used sustanon 500mg a week and took efedrine pretty much every day.

but on a few days that i didn't take efedrine, my heartrate was still up there. and efedrine has a half life of i believe 4-8 hours. so what's the deal here?

as far as cardio, this was a cutting cycle so i did a.m cardio every other day and my heartrate went as high as 160 so i think my cardiovascular fitness is intact.

Several questions need to be asked.

How long has it been since your cycle ended?
What was your cycle?
How long was was your cycle?
Are you in the refraction period taking your ancillaries (Nolvadex, Clomid, HCG, etc...)?

Blood works is always a good idea too. It't 15 - 20 cents on the dollar's worth of insurance and well worth it.

High sodium retention from AS will always cause your resting heart rate and your blood presssure to rise. It's the edema and the increase of fluids that cause your Cardiovascular System to work harder. This makes your resting heart rate and blood pressure rise.

My blood pressure was slightly elevated for almost 6 weeks after an 8 week cycle of Tren & Test Prop (Tren at 60 mgs EOD and Test Prop at 100 mgs EOD) as was my resting heart rate. Test Prop clears your system almost two weeks earlier than Cyp, Enan or Sus. That's why I prefer Test Prop to other Test esthers.

maybe that explains it. but dont you think that from 48 to 70 is quite an unusual rise? i mean, 10 weeks of juice and its up that much?
