rest periods

How long do you guys take rest periods for?
I am on a week of without lifting weights, but I still do cardio and box.

Do you think 1 week is a lot, not enough, or sufficient
 
:) Louden bro, I think he meant breaks in training.

silencer, a week is usually good, unless you're overtrained(catabolic or sick) or something.
 
i'm not sick or anything, I just like to let my body fully recover from everything and anything that needs to be repaired..

i just thought 1 week was either sufficient or too much or too little.
