Rest between sets

How long should I rest between each set? I haven't been timing it, but I'd say I'm resting between 30 and 60 seconds. I just want to make sure I'm doing things right. :)

You're welcome, and Im sure people will disagree...

But generally every set I do is until failure, where I can barely get the eff'r up, and I look FORWARD to those rests :)

I just started this thread while resting, and I didn't know if I was resting long enough. The set I just did about killed me, so I was happy to hear that I could rest for longer than a minute. :D

I rest 40-60 seconds depending on the body part. Longer for legs & chest, shorter for muscles like biceps and calves. (please correct me if this wrong :) ).

It also depends on how heavy the weight is. Hell if you're squatting for 200lbs, then you're more than likely going to need at least 90 seconds of rest.
