I have been given some good advice on how to get a great foundation to start before I even think about starting a cycle of anything. I wanted to know is Dianbol a good start for a novice. I read alot about it but want advice from people who tried it.

I'm confused...Is dianabol the good advice? If not what is the good advice?

And dianabol is a cycle...

Dude you have been told NO NO NO!
What dont you understand?
You at your size of 6' and sub 200 LBS there is no way that you are ready for any kind of AAS!
That means TEST, DECA, DBOL, DROL and every other AAS.
Thats is it so stop asking.
YOU ARE NOT READY FOR ANY KIND OF STEROID YET.
