You could tell your doctor you feel tired all the time and you are having problems having morning erections, getting some breast tissue
That would cover things like TSH, LH/FSH, testosterone, oestrogen (and maybe SHBG, CBC, prolactin).
If you said that you had recently been having a few problems, so drinking a lot and taking some pain meds, and noticed that the colour of your skin was a bit yellow, LFT.
Too get all the tests you want though, you doctor would think you were a bit of a mess
