Wow.... that is sick... I wouldn't have a cause of concern for his form... He did that without a spotter and his style is powerlifting in that video. Great job illum
I agree that is very good since I can only get ten reps. But I must point out that your hips did leave the bench on just about every rep.
I believe that the only reason they did this time is cause you were going for high reps.

for the past 4 years i have been training as a PLer. i've kind of dropped off strength training as my goals in life have changed. some of my friends have gotten me into MMA, and I've been training over to TQ. so i have been focusing more on MMA, learning Muay Thai and Submission Wrestling, and not so much on strength.
