renters insurance question...

rebuilding, getting there

Will it cover my snowboard if I trash it on the slopes? It covers my road bike if I damage it or get hit by a motorist, so it seems it should cover a board.

Thanks

should be but you may need a rider to cover some things. Don't expect them to hand you a check for a $4,000 road bike w/o one.

contents items are covered by named peril losses such as fire, theft etc. no coverage, you'd have to say it got stolen and get a police report. plus, they will take deductible and applicaple depreciation.

I don't think it'll cover the damage to something like a snowboard. Shit, your deductible will be higher that the price of your board.

What a loser. You rent? I own a home with 1.5 acres of land, but according to Stiletto, Jack Schitt and few others, since it's not a mansion, that makes me a loser.. Wonder what they think of people who rent? I hate people like them because they were the one's always picking on and making fun of other people in gradeschool and they still do it.

i don't think it would, but you could ask. your rates might go up though if you file claims for things like that.

and btw, i don't think any less of you or anyone else for renting. don't listen to fools.
