Well low and be-fucking hold, he stepped down from his position and took a demotion. Not sure if it was a forced demotion or not... I didn't ask any questions.

I hope all of the other guys treat him like the scum bag he is now that he has no authority over him.

I don't know if it was mandatory or if he took a step down on his own. His crew were beginning to get really irritated with him and complaints were coming left and right. He may have asked to step down to avoid other actions had the complaints keep coming in.

He's requested a demotion about 4 years ago and was denied because our manager just thought things didn't work out. Maybe there was a change of mind.. I dunno. I'm just all warm inside knowing that he'll get whats coming to him sooner or later.

I put off the diet till april, I changed up my training and I'm eating more and still dropping lbs.

Its so funny too, Our new foreman started last Wed, and is trying to get info on equipment, drawings and such... well ya would know the 'old' foreman walked around for three days doing not a damn thing. Guess he was just so used to it. Had a few of the other welders really pissed off. I'd like to see him pull some of his crap with the guys now that he's not their superior.

I'm still in a bind with the actual complaint though. Our company split, our HR chick went to the other company and right now our office personnel consists of three people, one being a temp in HR. I've made a request to get a copy of my files but haven't heard a word. The previous HR director took at least half of the files with her Im sure and I don't want mine to get washed up and lost.
