you make me look stupid with the 60s haha.


if you can get 110 up for 10 reps i'm sure you can put out 125s for a couple of reps.

do you have trouble keeping those batards steady?

I'm currently on the 120s and that's the highest at my gym, so I'm gonna have to bring some duct tape and tape a 5lb plate on each side of the 120. :D

Move up in weight now!

I do my flat DB presses after 5 sets of incline barbell presses. I could definitely do heavier than 110s easily if I skipped the inclines.

nice, my gym goes up to 125s, but then they have special order 130s and 140s in snazzy chrome. I chased those chrome bastards for over a year, and finally got the 140s. Kind of wish I hadnt though as stabilizing those bastards is more work then pressing them
