Remember 80's cartoons?

Those fuckers ruled. Thundercats was one of the best for sure. I think it's safe to say that pretty much anything involving giant mutated cats, or whatever the hell they were, wearing armor is going to be superb. Did they have paws for feet but regular hands? If so, that doesn't make very much sense I don't think. Actually, I suppose they were bipeds rather than quadrupeds and thus, logically, it should follow that they have some sort of functional hand, namely one with opposable thumbs.
Astroboy dominated as well for all the right reasons I think. That robot/boy learned something new every episode and went way out of his way to make sure other children were aware of it as well. That's pretty solid if you ask me, despite the fact that the actual process of learning is pretty fucking dull.
I can't actually remember any more 80's cartoons right now and it's the strangest thing. Somebody might want to pitch in since I'm only working with like a billionth of my brain right now. Oh wait, G.I. Joe. Go Joe!

I'd like to know that too. I'm trying to figure out if you're funny when you're stoned or sober. It's hard to tell these days.
IMO he is pretty much always funny just sometimes more funny then others.

Hulk Hogan's Rock n' Wrestling

Mighty Mouse (when he wore yellow not blue)

Dr Snuggles

Smurfs (of course)

Simon in the land of chalk drawings

Fables of the Green Forest

Barbapapa

Muppet Babies

way too many to list. This was back in the day when we *didn't* spend 7 hours a day on the net or playing xbox. :)

All time favorite cartoon-Tom & Jerry...Tom's facial expressions were priceless.

Ren and Stempy and Beavis and Butthead were the rulers of modern times.

Foghorn Leghorn was great.

dude Smurfs rule.

and why didnt any of you numbskulls mention PLASTIC MAN>???? you remember: Baby Plas, Bad Luck Hula Hula and the gang.

Never cared for them much. I always preferred Tom & Jerry or The Looney Tunes.

plastic man, captain caveman, mighty mouse (60's).. they were all before the 80s...

Hey, Hey, its FAAAT Albert!

That show ruled. I loved it Bc it always had an "after school special" like message in it. My favorite was when a friend of Fat albert got VD. Of course, they all learned a lesson. Then, like always they sang a song about what they learned. True story

Saturday Supercade (Q-bert, Pitfall, Donkey Kong, other video-game themed toons)
Ghostbusters was good too (not the one based on the movies, the one with the gorilla)
Dungeons and Dragons
Pole Position
Smurfs

Lord, I loved those cartoons. The Smurfs, the Gummi Bears, Kissyfur (which no one seems to remember), G.I. Joe (I had an older brother, I had to watch it), She-Ra, the list just goes on and on. Those were the days I didn't mind getting up early on a Saturday morning. :)
