You have to poke a hole in the rubber-stopper, and shove the 50ml vial in your poopshoot. This will cause a slow release of dbol to be consistantly distributed in your system by way of Prostatial absorbtion. Its kind of like those morphine implants that a cancer patient gets, or that birth control rod that chicks get implanted in their arm.

Ref-B (liquid D-Bol) should be taken Daily because of the short half life (close to 4 hours) 1-2cc/Day would be optimal and for the love of god, Don't inject that shit, take it orally

I just used a bottle, went to the health food store and asked for empty gel capsules(12 bucks for 250) shoot 1/2 cc in it and swallow... took about 3 a day, great fuckin gains, got strong as hell.... the only down side is the shits.....sorry but its reality...... i was turning into a pin cushion so i did not want to shoot anymore than i had to......your choice.

If ref-b is all you have take 1cc every day.You can inject it or take it orally. The injections can burn so you migt want to take it orally.

God I hate it when these give advice on here and they have absolutely no idea what they are talking about. Listen to some of the vets, EAT your ref-b...DO NOT inject it. I can`t believe someone giving advice to inject ref-b ! Like mentioned above, wait till you get some test and let a KNOWLEDGABLE person help you set up your cycle. Personally, I would take 1 cc twice a day along with 500 to 600 mgs of your favorite test per week. I take alot of ref-b and find that bigger doses for shorter periods work best for me.

Ref-b can disolve the gel caps.

Ref is pretty dirty, I wouldn't inject it. Its kind of nasty, but you will grow to love it when you start having some intense workouts! And yah you had better snag some clomid before you start, or you wont keep much of your gains, its highly androgenic.

good cycle advice...NO...25mg EOD of d-bol...you should take d-bol everyday and spread the dosage out throughout the day due to d-bol's halflife...the test @ 500mg/week sounds alright though
