reflex instant whey

hey guys this is my first post I've been training for 2 years now using reflex instant whey and glutamine.

I'm 5ft 10 weight about 180 but want to get to about 200lbs

has anyone out there used reflex instant mass or anything simular and think its better then instant whey?
